Reg leads the education and industry development for Cisco Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and is a member of Cisco’s World-Wide Education (WW-EDX) team. Reg has over 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry in professional sales and marketing management and business and industry development. Reg was appointed in 2017 as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Victoria University and is also serves on the Mitchell Institute Advisory Board. Reg has a deep understanding of the drivers and challenges for education system and institution executives, and the role of technology in enabling digital transformation. He is regularly called upon to advise and speak about the role of digital in transforming all aspects of education; teaching, research and administration. Reg’s responsibilities include: • Responsibility for Cisco industry investment programs in ANZ • Strategy for Higher Education & Research, Vocational Education and Training and K-12 in Australia and NZ 
 • Oversight of all education programs and strategic initiatives 
 • Executive engagement and thought leadership related to the digital education • Partner and sales enablement. 
 Recent / ongoing initiatives that Reg has led include: 
 • Creation of thought leadership publications/presentations across all education sectors 
 • Design and management of Cisco’s senior executive study tours, most recently to North America, Scandinavia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea 
 • Cisco’s Strategic Industries Investment Program • Cisco’s partnership program for universities 
 • The Digital Schools Network program initiative
