James leads a team of HR Partners, Generalists and Specialists who run the full lifecycle of HR activity aimed at delivering strategic talent outcomes and elevating the employee experience across the wider Cisco workforce. Cisco is currently ranked the #1 Best Place to Work in Australia, and globally, by Great Place to Work. James has over 15 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resource Management, Consulting, and Project Management. James has performed various leadership roles in global, regional and country domains, and is experienced in technology, resources, public sector, FMCG and financial industries. James is a fully qualified Organisational Psychologist (MA Org. Psyc.), and has held registration with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
