Carl Solder is the Chief Technology Officer for Australia & New Zealand. With more than 35 years of technical, business and sales leadership experience in the ICT industry, Carl has a diverse background that provides great insight into emerging market transitions.

Prior to this role, Carl was Cisco’s vice president of engineering for the enterprise networking and cloud engineering organisation at Cisco’s headquarters in San Jose, California. He held various roles in San Jose over 14 years. His Cisco career started in 1996 as the second systems engineer to support customers in Western Australia.
