4 August 2021 | Cisco has been named the #1 Best Workplaces in Australia by Great Place to Work® in the over 1,000 employee category for large organisations. Research and consulting firm Great Place to Work released its 2021 Best WorkplacesTM List today, conducted based on one of the world’s most comprehensive assessments of workplace culture.
The survey found that an overwhelming 93% of employees said taking everything into account, Cisco Australia is a Great Place to Work®. Cisco’s purpose is to power an inclusive future for all, leading the way in hybrid work with trust, flexibility, supporting wellbeing and enabling teams to succeed.

The survey considers employee feedback around why they think they work at the Best Place to Work. Here’s what Cisco employees said:

Mr Dawson said, “Our next task is clear – to make the best workplace, the best hybrid workplace. As the needs of our employees are evolving, so too is the role of the workplace. These needs and demands will be different going forward. The way we work will be hybrid, and largely determined by employees themselves.”
