Bryan Palma is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cisco Advanced Services Group. Palma is responsible for leading the development and execution of Cisco’s professional, managed, and subscription services portfolio across a global team of more than 6500 employees. His organization helps customers design, build, and operate technology capabilities across network, data center, cloud, collaboration, video, mobility, and security.

Before joining Cisco, Palma was Vice President of Cyber and Security Solutions at Boeing, where he was responsible for critical infrastructure protection, network surveillance, data analytics, and cybersimulation solutions for federal, commercial, and international customers. Prior to his work at Boeing, he was Vice President of Service Delivery Operations for Hewlett Packard.

Palma was also PepsiCo’s first Chief Information Security Officer, where he positioned the company as best in class for enterprise security and compliance within the consumer products industry. As a special agent with the U.S. Secret Service, Palma was assigned to the Washington, D.C., field office, where he helped pioneer efforts to combat cybercrime. As cofounder of the agency’s Electronic Crimes Taskforce, he influenced the development of electronic crime task forces throughout the world.

Palma holds a bachelor’s degree in English and speech communications from the University of Richmond, a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a master’s degree of education in counseling and personnel services from the University of Maryland.
