Mike Adams is a seasoned executive and general manager with over 25 years of experience in technology services. Combining his skills in strategy and operations with his inspirational leadership style, he’s led the successful growth and transformation of businesses inside and outside of Cisco.

Today, as vice president and general manager of Learning@Cisco, he leads Cisco’s global training and certifications business.

From early in his career, Adams has been passionate about customers and the way they experience technology. He’s led professional services, managed services, technical support, education services, and the transformation of traditional service models to customer experience business models.

He believes that learning is integral to enabling our customers to reach their goals and enhancing their experience along the way.
