RIYADH, February 2, 2022 – Etihad Etisalat Co., “Mobily”, and Cisco announced a new milestone in their efforts to speed Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation, completing the build and implementation of the largest Mobile IoT (Internet of Things) cloud platform in the region, hosted locally in Saudi Arabia.
The new IoT cloud platform offers fully-automated management for IoT devices, powered by Cisco’s IoT Control Center SaaS (Software as-a-Service) solution, with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.
Mobily is poised to drive enterprise digital transformation across multiple verticals and market segments in Saudi Arabia. Mobily and Cisco are actively working on enabling use-cases for automotive OEMs, manufacturing facilities and utility companies to realize the full benefits of IoT.
