We’re excited to announce that the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) payment solution is live and available in the U.S. for all Cisco SKUs. CCW is a multipurpose tool for Cisco partners and sellers to quickly create a Bill of Materials (BOM) with a list of price quotes. This new payment solution will integrate financing capabilities built within the existing CCW platform, allowing seamless transition and ease of use.
Powered by Cisco Capital, this digital, self-service payment solution will enable partners to submit deals for credit evaluation, obtain indicative pricing and download and export PDF proposals all within the experience. The low-touch, go-to-market motion provides a simple and smooth experience for all users.
The new system unlocks additional capabilities providing users auto-decision credit features for transactions less than $500,000, that is communicated within 30 seconds. Deals over $500,000 require manual credit review, which will be evaluated more quickly than the standard credit process. In addition, the tool can auto-generate emails containing DocuSign agreement links, which can then be sent to customers for e-signature.
