As we enter a new year, there is always a sense of excitement about the possibilities ahead.  We look back on progress from the previous year and then turn our focus forward.  In 2020, we want to focus on our vision for the future. That makes our upcoming Partner Connection Week (PCW) event from March 23-26 in Boca Raton particularly exciting.

At Partner Summit 2019, we provided a strategic vision to top partner executives.  It was a great event but more importantly, it provided insight into how we can successfully build on the partner experience. Our partners learned a lot about how to “own your edge,” which is all about leveraging your organization’s key strengths and capabilities to differentiate your business in the market and accelerate growth and opportunity.

The theme for this year’s PCW builds on the foundation set at Partner Summit.  We will focus on helping partners “expand their edge” in 2020.  At PCW, partners can identify the best areas to invest and grow. They can continue to expand their differentiated capabilities with Cisco and our ecosystem partners.  As always, some of the main reasons to attend PCW are to meet with key Cisco technology and partner executives, strengthen your current peer relationships, and create new connections to build your business.

All of what I mentioned above is why I’m really looking forward to PCW 2020. We will extend our vision to business, technology, and partner practice leaders to drive a new level of customer engagements. At the event, attendees will experience:

  • How business, Cisco, and partner technology blend to provide customer agility, rapid innovation, and expanded engagement capacity
  • A multi-domain approach bringing together automation, analytics, and security in a platform to build a simplified digital environment
  • Raise to the highest level our combined focus on customer lifecycle experience and partner profitability. We will offer clinics and an opportunity hub that will spark ideas and help you form new alliances in the coming year
