Nirav Sheth is the Solutions, Architectures, & Engineering leader for the Global Partner Organization at Cisco. With a team of several hundred channel leaders working with thousands of partners, Nirav’s organization is responsible for partner enablement/capacity, technology strategy, and helping our partners develop practice capabilities to bring Cisco solutions to the market.
With teams focused across Cisco established architectures, emerging solutions such as SDN and Cloud, as well as a Partner Digital Transformation office to support our partners as they drive LoB relevancy, Nirav’s organization supports Cisco’s ability to drive more than 90% of its revenue.
Nirav’s successful tenure at Cisco spans over 16 years, with experience ranging from Catalyst Switching product development, Professional Services, Technical Services, and Channel Sales. In Technical Services Nirav built and ran TAC operations around the world with nearly 1000 engineers distributed across GEOs, and later was responsible for Service Delivery of Enterprise and SP Networking TAC across all Cisco customer segments where his organization delivered the highest CSAT scores for two consecutive years. Nirav has participated in the World Economic Forum, and has been a speaker at the Technology Services Industry Association TS World events. A highly entrepreneurial and collaborative leader, Nirav’s #1 priority is to always invest in his people.
Nirav earned his Bachelor degree at the University of Alabama Birmingham, his MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, and a Master degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
