All depend of a clear picture of the costs to make the appropriate move. Sometimes the technology, that of course, brings particular solutions, is not fine tuned with the business budget. It will be of some help when talking about software or hardware solutions to have a general idea of the costs for small, medium or large businesses, without going to ask for quotation, so as a rule of thumb, any one could have a real idea regarding affordability to change. I can see the products’ marketing, descriptions, their benefits, attributes, but is not clear seen the costs, regarding those products and their add-on, like: lifespan, service, support, and upgrades (I know anyone can go to the website, see the data sheets, specs, accessories, and ask for a particular solution quotation).
