George is a seasoned professional in the video space with over 20 years experience in the field. He began his career at Cisco in 2006 in Product Marketing for IPTV and IP Video products covering content creation, protection, and distribution. Before his time at Cisco, George was part of the Media group at Sun Microsystems specializing in business development and was part of the team that brought one of the first video server products to market.

George’s experience also includes time in the media space working for a variety of startup companies on Video Encryption and Encoding. Early on in his career, George even spent time at Apple working on handheld devices - what we now know as the iPad.

George holds an advanced degree from the Institute of Technology, Brno, Czech Republic.
