Our latest secure SD-WAN and Catalyst 9000 additions

Nothing stands still at Cisco. We’re always moving, advancing, and buzzing with energy for what’s next. And this year’s Cisco Partner Summit in Las Vegas is no exception. This is always a week to connect with old friends, discuss what opportunities lie ahead, and strategize about how to go to market together to grow in new ways. It’s about leading together. And I have to say, I’m pretty excited about the new tech we’re bringing to enterprise networks and security. It’s big news for Cisco and for all of you. Because every new solution creates opportunities for new revenue and growth.

You can check out the Intent-based Networking Everywhere partner launch cast for all the details. But here are the quick hits.

Our best-in-class SD-WAN solutions just got better.

When we acquired Viptela last year, we made our SD-WAN portfolio the strongest in the market. Can we still improve? Absolutely. Customers tell us that, in this multicloud world, they’re looking for direct access, better performance, and tightened security, all at the right cost. So we’ve added integrated security capabilities, more routing capacity, and new switching and wireless products for seamless access and Intent-based Networking Everywhere. We now have a common security architecture across both Meraki and Viptela SD-WAN, powered by Talos. Customers of any size can move faster and make the most of their network, securely connecting any user to any cloud, anywhere. And now is the right time, since 95% of customers plan to deploy SD-WAN in the next two years, according to IDC. To help you hit the ground running, check out the SD- WAN Mastery training. This on-demand curriculum is focused on SD-WAN design, architecture, implementation, and operation best practices.

We’re expanding the Catalyst 9000 family. Meet Catalyst 9200 and Catalyst 9800.

Our line of switches, Catalyst 9000, has already helped us reinvent networking. The new Catalyst 9200 will extend that lead, allowing all of us to reach more small and midmarket customers with the power of Cisco DNA. And we’re also launching a new line of products with the Catalyst 9800 wireless controllers. These controllers will help us bring together all the best of our wired and wireless work into one powerful portfolio. IDC estimates a $7B referesh opportunity that you can take advantage of immediately. The Cisco DNA Advantage Access Bundles and Dynamic Bundles for SMB can help accelerate sales, along with VIP rewards and the Migration Incentive Program.

Multicloud and security are at the top of our minds and our tech.

Underpinning every announcement and innovation, are these two themes. We’re building every new idea and solution around them. There are an estimated 120 million malware variants every year. So, while today’s users are mobile and accessing apps from many clouds, it’s imperative that companies do all they can to protect sensitive corporate data. Partners can up their security game by participating in the Fire Jumper Academy training for both sales and field engineering teams.
