Modupe’ R Congleton

Modupe’ is the Marketing Communications Manager for Global Logistics. She manages all internal and external stakeholder engagement and demand generation for the organization. She is currently focused on launching Cisco’s industry.

Before joining the Logistics Team, Modupe’ was a Senior Change Management Program Manager in Advanced Services for five years driving adoption of key priorities while leading operational projects, stakeholder engagement, and resource management transformation. Throughout her 10 years with Cisco, she’s held influential roles in Services, Sales, Channels and Customer Operations.

Modupe’ led the Cisco Connected Black Professionals (CBP) Global Employee Resource Group for four years. She also served as the Marketing Communications lead for Connected Women-RTP, RTP Executive Shadow Program Lead, and leads the Social Media Strategy for I&C’s Executive Leadership Council Mid-Level Manager Symposium.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, stalking IoT articles on Twitter (@Modupe_C) and watching movies. She holds an Executive Masters in Organization Leadership from Villanova University, a Bachelors in Mass Communications with a concentration in Communication Studies from NC Central University, Cisco Certified Career Advisor and a host of professional certifications.
