As an advocate for her clients, her team, and women in technology, Lynne Doherty is passionate about the creativity that drives disruption, and holds her team accountable for delivering a premium experience to customers.

As Senior Vice President of US Commercial Sales, the largest single-market sales organization at Cisco, Lynne is responsible for driving nearly $8.5B in revenue annually through the sale of products and services to 100,000 accounts, through more than 2,000 employees and extended team members. Lynne and her team stay brilliant in the basics to support the dynamic US Commercial market, which includes small, midsize, Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. These agile customers look to Cisco as a trusted advisor, and provider, as they navigate a multi-cloud world, build secure network platforms and disrupt markets across the industry.

In Lynne’s 13+ years at Cisco, she has led several top-performing organizations and has a track record of delivering top results, capitalizing on competitive opportunities, and building teams that are consistently recognized as high performers and innovators who win in the game of inches. Most recently she was Vice President of Americas Security Sales, responsible for security sales of over $2B across the US, Canada and Latin America.

Prior to joining Cisco, she was Director of Sales at Blackbaud in Charleston, SC, responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams. She has also held various management positions at Sun Microsystems in Manhattan, in both Sales and Engineering Management, with a focus on the Financial Services sector and Enterprise Wall Street customers.

Lynne has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She lives in Washington DC with her husband, is an avid FlyWheel attendee, and loves to bake in her spare time.
