Joe Cozzolino

Senior Vice President

Cisco Services

Joe Cozzolino was named Senior Vice President of the Cisco Services organization in June 2015. In this role, he leads the services business portfolio, which delivers strategic consulting, platform, advanced and technical services solutions to customers and partners worldwide. His team helps Cisco customers transform their businesses through ‘connected’ service offerings that support their business goals and deliver business value.

Prior to this role, Joe was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Mobility and Service Provider Video Infrastructure business groups. He was responsible for orchestrating global business strategy and execution for the entire Cisco mobility product portfolio and technology solutions for mobile service operators. He also led the strategy and development team for Cisco's video hardware portfolio, which includes cable modems, video gateways, home management gateways, and set-top boxes.

Joe joined Cisco in 2013 from Motorola, where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Video Network Infrastructure for Motorola Mobility, which included next-generation access, Cloud DVR, video processing, and IP solutions. During his time at Motorola, he was responsible for starting and running the video strategy for fixed-line operators business, growing it to over $1B revenue over a four-year period. He also led the company’s Home & Networks Mobility business in EMEA and Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for sales, services, and integration for complex mobile networks across the region as well as video service providers.

Earlier in his career, Joe led worldwide operations at RiverDelta Networks and was General Manager at ADC Telecommunications.

Joe holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a master's degree in business administration from Anna Maria College. He splits his time between Boston, Mass., and San Jose, Calif.
