Jeanne Buffa got her start in high-tech building building and maintaining websites and database back-ends for companies like Starfish, Excite@Home, and Motorola. When she started in the corporate world, www still stood for Wild Wild West, web pages were hand coded in vi, and analytics were scoured from weblogs with a homemade SED script.

Prior to joining Cisco in 2012, as the YouTube Channel Manager, Jeanne built marketing campaigns and social media programs for software, real estate, and mortgage companies. She is passionate about the connection and importance of online video to SEO, social media, and digital strategy. She currently works as the Digital Strategist for the Collaboration Team.
