Hugo is the Senior Director of Product Management responsible for Enterprise Routing Platforms (ASR1K, ISR & CSR). He has 20+ year experience with managing product management teams and leading business creation & innovation processes.

He is passionate about creating new value through innovation, excite customers and drive profitable growth. He is the co-founder of Cisco’s Intelligent WAN (IWAN) Solution and Machine-2-Machine Wireless Router Portfolio.

Prior to Cisco he worked in product management & business leadership functions for consumer products such as the Infogear iPhone, WebTV and TiVo. Hugo started his career in Manufacturing IT and Automation.

He earned a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the University of Twente and graduated with Master’s & Bachelor’s degrees from the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands.
