From my 16 years in and out of data center, security breaches are increasingly human errors / insider jobs as compared to cyberattacks. If Data Center need to be secured, they need to be paperless as well ( any one inside a datacenter knows well how many passwords are stuck with a sticker right under the switches )… All it takes is one disgruntled employee with brains to take it out…

I bet you have know idea how many walk around with privileged bare text passwords…. ( a sniffer / wireshark is all one needs )
