Tana Franko is technical writer on the Cloud Unified Communications Access Engineering team. Since starting out at Cisco as a hardware test intern in college, she has served in several other roles, including software testing, automation, system administration, and management.

To stretch herself at work, Tana is studying data science and security through Cisco’s Learning and Development programs. She's part of a cross-functional team with Cisco support using analytics to improve the collaborationhelp.cisco.com portal. She recently earned her Cisco Security Ninja Green Belt.

Beyond the written word, Tana enjoys being involved in industry conferences, whether speaking, volunteering to review presentation proposals, assisting other speakers, or encouraging and supporting prospective speakers.
