Shannon Fuller is an IT Project Manager at Cisco Systems with more than 20 years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) professional. The last 5 years she has focused her passion on Collaboration Technologies and Social Enterprise Software, playing a key role in driving IT adoption of Cisco’s Integrated Workforce Experience (IWE) program leveraging Cisco Quad.

She has been an integral part of the IT program team responsible for community health and governance as well as driving the transformation of internal business processes by crowd-sourcing and capturing the collective knowledge of enterprise collaboration and community management expertise through the use of IWE Powered by Cisco Quad. As a member of the Cisco on Cisco team Shannon provides real-world use cases that demonstrate how Cisco IT is leveraging Cisco Quad to enable employees to connect, collaborate, communicate and learn.

Shannon was born and raised in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Cisco, Shannon was a Sr. Intranet Strategist at Nortel Networks for 11 years. Other roles she’s held over her tenure are Community Management, Web Content Management/Writer, Business Analysis, Knowledge Manager, Web Design (UX) and Developer, Network Administrator, Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Customer Service and Sales Support. She has an Associate Arts degree in Business Administration from Las Positas college in Livermore, California.
