Padmaja Ravikumar

Padmaja Ravikumar is a Senior Analyst, currently leading Localization for IT application for the East Asia region (Business Capabilities team).

Over the past 14 years in Cisco Japan, Padmaja worked in multiple domains including Marketing, Sales Operations and IT, supporting various operations stakeholders in their activities. Throughout her career, her major focus area has been Data Strategy Analytics. She has expertise in Digital Marketing, Customer Intelligence analytics, and Enterprise Master Data management.

Currently, she is focused on business outcomes for the stakeholders in Japan region and her core strength is being able to work in dynamic teams crossing all the borders of the team.

Originally from India, she has lived in Tokyo for the past 17 years. She also has N1 Proficiency in Japanese language - the ability to read, write and understand Japanese in a variety of circumstances.
