Michael (Mike) Elmore

Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group

Mike Elmore holds the position of Vice President, Chief Experience Officer for Cisco’s Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group (EISG). In this role, Elmore is responsible for instilling the customer point of view into the product development process as well as making sure the customers’ user experience is seamless from top to bottom.

Prior to Cisco, Elmore held various leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare - including VP, Chief Information Security Officer and VP, Global Enterprise Network and Contact Center Engineering - where he led numerous strategic initiatives and IT transformation programs.

Earlier, Elmore spent four years at Cisco as a Customer Solution Architect in the Global Enterprise Theater, following a four-year tenure at United Health Group where he led the Global Design and Network Planning teams.

Elmore has been an active board member of the Open Network Users Group (ONUG), leading and participating in various working group initiatives in the Software Defined Security and Software Defined WAN domains.

Mike holds a B.S. In Information Network Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
