Kollivakkam Raghavan

Kollivakkam Raghavan is a Principal Engineer in the Insieme Business Unit and is the architect of the North Bound (NB) interfaces of Cisco’s Network Assurance Engine. In this role, Raghavan is responsible for the architecture, design and development of the REST APIs, UX and UI for the product.

This is Raghavan’s second stint at Cisco, having worked earlier in the Application Oriented Networking group as a Technical Leader. Between these two stints, Raghavan worked at F5 Networks, where he was responsible for the WAN optimization platform, Access Policy Manager and F5’s BIG-IP dashboard – an innovation that he spearheaded.

. He is passionate about distributed computing, MongoDb, REST APIs, UX, UI and open source. Raghavan holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master’s degree in E.E from Villanova and a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay.
