Kirsten Chiala is a social media manager for The Network, which is Cisco’s technology news site. She helps manage content from a team of experienced tech and business writers, driving conversation around industry trends.

Prior to Cisco, Kirsten was an Emmy-award winning broadcast journalist, and worked at local news affiliates in Colorado, Florida and California, including serving as executive producer for the San Francisco Bay Area’s NBC station, where she managed on-air content for daily news, and a team of reporters, producers and assignment desk editors.

Kirsten is married with three sons, and lives in San Jose. She graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Technical Journalism.
