Isabella Yani currently leads the Pacific Southwest Partner Organization, a team spanning Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. The PSWPO is responsible for driving the partner route to market for over $1B of business.

Isabella joined Cisco through the Cisco Sales Associates Program in 2005 and spent five years in field sales as an Account Manager, until she moved into the partner organization as a Partner Account Manager. She has been an outspoken advocate for working moms and spoke on the topic at the 2015 Grace Hopper Women in Computing Conference.

When her hands aren’t full with work or family life, Isabella can be found in a nearby yoga studio, training for the next Tough Mudder, or surfing in SoCal or Hawaii.
