Ian Knowlson, a Recruitment Sector Growth-Coach and Business-Mentor, utilises his 34+ years experience establishing and growing businesses in the recruitment, to assist his clients create, develop and deliver high growth strategies and visions for their companies.

As such Ian has become an “Employment Futurist” with his insights into how the employment and recruitment sector is changing. Recently named by Onalytica., as one of their Top 10 Global Business Influencers on the Future of Work and Talent Recruitment, he is regularly asked to speak and talk about the impact of technology changes on the employment sector at conferences and seminars.

An NLP Master Practitioner Ian’s passion is helping individuals and businesses achieve their true potential and he and his team consult, coach, train and educate business people in anything from basic recruitment concepts, through business development RPO and relationship selling to future leadership and management skills.

Ian lives in Cheshire and is married with four children all of whom are Millennials and 'digital natives'. He’s a qualified FA-Coach, keen golfer, a Liverpool supporter and very active in the local community.
