As Senior Manager, Pricing and Monetization Strategy for Cisco, Hyunil Kim is helping lead the transformation of Cisco’s business model by developing and implementing new innovative monetization models and pricing frameworks. Hyunil leads the Strategic Pricing and Monetization team within the Cisco Digitization Office, where he manages the company’s efforts to maximize realized revenue while effectively capturing both industry and market trends. Most recently, Hyunil led the development and launch of the Cisco Enterprise Agreement, the first Cisco-wide standard buying program.

Hyunil has over 15 years of technology experience with expertise in pricing and monetization strategy, product management, marketing, go-to-market, and operations. Prior to joining the Cisco, Hyunil held positions across diverse functions including engineering, finance, and operations at both Verizon Communications and Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent).

Hyunil holds a Master of Business Administration, Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Purdue University.

Hyunil has a passion for working with not-for-profit organizations and mentoring early career professionals to give back to the community and to create positive impact in the world. He is based in San Jose, California with his wife, Jihye, and their beautiful child, Ara.
