Being first definitely feels good! Once again our Cisco UCS compute family showcases its leadership capabilities with two new TPCx-HS benchmarks. Cisco was the first vendor to publish TPCx-HS (The industry’s first Big Data benchmark standard for Hadoop) results in 2015 and we continue this leadership trend today with more top tier results.
Our new results leveraging the architectural, scalability, and performance superiority of Cisco UCS was accomplished with our strategic partner IBM and their BigInsights software solution. The joint offering brings together Cisco UCS and IBM’s industry compatible Open Platform with Apache Hadoop. We will be highlighting this work at Cisco Live this week in Las Vegas.
