The 2010s are a wrap! We’re now venturing onto an entirely new decade. Last year I recommended a few #Workgoals for 2019. Reading them again one year, I feel they are all still valid. So, this year, I’m adding on to them with #Workgoals for this decade.

Make a Connection

Building and maintaining your network is one of the most important ways to be effective in your career. This applies to both advancing your career and doing your current job really well. And the strength of your network is just as important. So, instead of mindlessly networking and accepting LinkedIn requests, make sure you have meaningful professional connections.
