We’re excited to announce that Cisco has been recognized as a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Unified Communications. We take great pride in this distinction because it’s based on your feedback. And it’s your feedback that continues to shape our products and services.

“The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.” – Gartner

To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with high customer satisfaction rates. For the Customers’ Choice distinction, a vendor must have at least 50 published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.2 stars or higher.

Here are excerpts from customers that contributed to the distinction:

  • “Cisco – Solid And Reliable” – O365 Administrator, Gov’t/PS/ED <5,000 Employees. Read review
  • “The Best IPT Solution For Business” – Infrastructure Analyst, Manufacturing. Read review
  • “Robust, Reliable, And Scalable Communication Solution For Your Enterprise” – System Admin, Finance Industry. Read review

plot chart To all our customers who submitted Gartner Peer Insights reviews, thank you! It is important to us to see that our continued commitment to on-premises, hosted and cloud unified communications platforms be recognized by our customers. If you have a Cisco story to share, we encourage you to join the Gartner Peer Insights crowd and weigh in.

This latest recognition follows several more recent announcements from Gartner. While the above is based on customer feedback, in July, Gartner analysts named Cisco a Leader in the 2018 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications for the 11th year running. Cisco also received the highest scores in all use cases in the 2018 Critical Capabilities for Unified Communications. Download both reports to learn more about the evaluations.

And following the acquisition of BroadSoft this year, Cisco is now included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide for the first time.

We are about to up our game even further when it comes to Unified Communications and Collaboration. Stay tuned for upcoming news on our cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions next month.
