Now that the IT Management Program (ITM) is over and Cisco Live Cancun comes to a close, we must pack up our microphones and cameras and fly back home to continue our roles within IT. There are so many unique instances that make up Cisco Live Cancun – from your first glimpse of the bright blue ocean to the applause closing the last day’s final session. The best part was that our lenses were able to capture all of it.

This year marked an exciting milestone for the IT Management Program. Around 1,100 registered IT Management Program attendees joined us in Cancun, representing countries including Mexico, Chile, Columbia, Peru, and Brazil to name a few. More importantly, we were able to hear from our Cisco leaders on topics such as the Future of IT with Guillermo Diaz (SVP & CIO) and the new “No-Collar Workforce” about working with machines and AI with Joseph Bradley (VP of Customer Experience). Our external speakers like Clara Kluk, CEO of Group-PEINSA, was a crowd favorite with her talk on diversity of talent.

Five awesome IT Roaming Reporters – Ruben Lopez, Laura Jimenez, Guillermo Abregu, Lalli Flores Jimenez, and Alex Felker – took on the challenge of bringing you the best coverage of your Cisco Live Cancun experience yet, and I’m sure you can agree that we fulfilled that promise. To re-visit all the great moments that happened during Cisco Live, please watch our videos here on Cisco IT’s Facebook Page.

Thank you to all for making this experience a memorable one and a special thank you to all the attendees that were able to make our videos fun and unique!

¡Hasta Luego!
