As Cisco’s Global Director for Cities, Communities, and Transportation, TJ Costello brings a breadth of experience in market strategies and strategic alliances to the role. He works with cities and government and transportation organizations around the world. TJ helps leaders to identify strategies and solutions to address their operational challenges and leverage digital infrastructure effectively and securely. He is focused on helping his customers become smarter, more sustainable, more productive, and more responsive to their constituent groups.
Growing up in a large family (4 brothers and 2 sisters), you could say he was thrust into management at an earlier age, solving problems in a team environment was a daily occurrence. Fast forward to today, TJ and his team drive outcome-based technology solutions that help transform their own communities, and those around the world. Helping others succeed is a core value for TJ, as well as a key characteristic for what he looks for in team members. TJ is energized and excited by his work with leaders, partners, and customers to change the world.
TJ is a graduate of St. Michael’s College and resides in Manchester, Massachusetts with his wife and son.
