HR Partner - HRLP Program

Ting Yang (Tina) joined Cisco HR leadership program with 6 years experience in Human Resource.

Tina joined Cisco HRLP in 2015 summer as an HRLP intern in Finance HR team, worked on Finance Next Gen L&D consulting project with Tschudy Smith. In 2016 July, Tina joined Employee Services – People Program Delivery team as a Compensation Program Manager, led several projects such as reinventing Compensation/PPD Quarterly Business Review, External Research on Next Gen Salary Planning, etc.

Currently she’s in her 2nd rotation as a HR partner in Engineering Group - Collab/IoT, she is passionate to partner with the business leaders to initiative, develop and operate innovative and successful people programs.

Prior to joining Cisco, she worked in Intel China and Kimberly-Clark Shanghai before coming to US in 2014. Tina earned a HR Master's degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in her hometown Dalian, China. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and accounting from China University of Mining and Technology in China. She received her MBA degree from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in 2016, May in Los Angeles.

In her spare time, she enjoyed outdoor concerts in California, trying new cuisines with friends, traveling to new places (Germany is next on her list), playing with her dog Ben, reading books from audible.
