Thrivi's primary responsibilities include ownership of roadmap, engineering priorities, product launch and ramp responsibility, development of user stories for agile process, in-depth customer operational experience, high-touch customer engagement, participation in software, solution and architecture initiatives, understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and partnering with sales, engineering, customers and partners to drive strategic business outcomes through technology.

Thrivi holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and dual degrees in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.
