Stella Low is Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Cisco. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Stella is responsible for leading strategic communications and promoting the overall reputation of Cisco with authentic, transparent and informative storytelling. Stella is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience developing impactful multi-media communications strategies which directly support business objectives. Passionate about leadership and developing world-class, highly motivated teams, Stella has a proven track record of delivering successful global communications programs that protect, enhance and amplify the business to internal and external audiences. Prior to joining Cisco, Stella was Dell’s Senior Vice President of Global Communications, responsible for communications and thought leadership at Dell Technologies. This included public relations, industry analyst relations, internal communications, customer references, thought leadership as well as executive, sales and partner communications. Stella joined Dell in 2016 through the merger with EMC, where she served as Vice President of Global Communications. She was instrumental in leading the Dell/EMC multi-audience communications strategy for the largest technology merger in IT industry history, alongside a complete reorganization of the Dell and EMC communications organizations into one highly motivated and award-winning team. With 30 years of marketing and communications experience, Stella has held many leadership roles in which she focused on building global teams, brands and reputations. She also managed marketing for companies in the UK, spent four years running her own business, and considers herself an entrepreneur at heart. Stella is also the co-chair of the Development and Communication Committee for the Dimock Center. Dimock is a non-profit health care organization, recognized nationally as a model for the delivery of high-quality, low-cost healthcare services to Boston’s urban communities. Stella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Bank in London, England. She is a UK native who lives in California with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
