Sielen Namdar

Sielen Namdar, PE is an Industry Solutions Executive with Cisco’s Connected Cities & Communities. She brings tremendous passion for the digital transformation of physical infrastructure and works with public and private agencies to help operate/maintain/manage their facilities more efficiently leveraging IoT/data analytics. Sielen is currently leading Cisco’s Global Smart Water Strategy, including developing Go-to-Market solutions working with a strong network of ecosystem partners and teams.

Prior to joining Cisco in 2018, Sielen spent 20 years at Jacobs Engineering (legacy CH2M) developing industry sector partnerships and facilitation of complex cross-business multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative and sustainable solutions for water, transportation, and energy customers. She also co-founded CH2M’s Smart Cities Initiative, developing state-of-the-art solutions in collaboration with agencies, technology leaders, and partners. Sielen holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. She is a graduate of Seattle’s premier Leadership Tomorrow (LT) program, a civic leadership organization focused on exploring strategies for positive change that cross sectors and silos to foster healthy communities. Sielen is now serving as a Leadership Tomorrow Coach working with the LT class of 2020.
