Ryan Wickham

Ryan Wickham is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Infrastructure Services practice, serving as the Global Offering Lead and CTO for Accenture’s Cisco business. In this position he is focused on aligning Accenture’s Business Services and Technology Offerings to Cisco architectures, and developing the analytics, tools and methods to optimize the sales and delivery cycle for joint opportunities.

Ryan has spent a majority of his 20-year career at Accenture leading teams focused on solutioning and delivering network, contact center and enterprise voice infrastructure programs servicing the needs of clients globally. He has helped clients in all industries and geographies in developing their network, voice and contact center infrastructure strategy and implementation roadmaps.

Ryan has previously lead Accenture’s Collaboration and Contact Center Infrastructure practices globally, developing professionals with both solution design and implementation skillsets to design and deliver high performing collaboration and contact center infrastructure solutions for clients across the globe.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Midland University and lives in the Kansas City area.
