Ryan Morrow, CISSP No. 304964, is an incident manager in Cisco’s customer experience organization where he delivers custom threat intelligence solutions. Prior to his current role, Ryan spent a decade delivering Cisco Managed Security services and consulting globally. His primary focus is on improving the security posture of organizations worldwide and has research interests in vulnerability management, cyber economics and malware disruption technologies. He has previously presented at both Cisco Live and RSA conferences. Ryan holds CISM, CRISC, and CISA security certifications from ISACA. Ryan spent his early career within the routing, switching, firewall, and VPN teams of the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC). He credits this and a background as a systems specialist in the United States Marine Corps for instilling in him a deep passion for security. Ryan lives in Austin Texas with his wife and children.
