Rolonda is a native of Bolivia, NC, a small rural town on the Southeast coast. She has over 21 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management. Rolonda joined Cisco as a part of the Scientific-Atlanta acquisition in 2005.
She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
She volunteers extensively with several organizations, with a focus on building the STEM pipeline with women and minorities.
Rolonda also enjoys encouraging and motivating others through her writing and speaking. She and her husband have two children.
