Roger Vasquez has been directly involved in the development, design, and start-up operations of more than 14 million square feet of office, residential, retail and industrial space in 3 countries. This experience has been gained over 30 years in the business with 13 of those years working in Mexico and Panama. Currently, Roger serves as Director of Engineering for Transwestern and is responsible for the Pennzoil building, a 1.8 million square foot multi-tenant building in Houston, TX. He is responsible for over $16,000,000 of capital improvements to the building and overseeing the Pennzoil’s LEED Gold Certification process. Roger holds a BOMA SMA Certification. Throughout his career, Roger has been responsible for several multi-million dollar build-outs for several Fortune 500 companies, including design, budgeting, construction supervision and quality control.
