Cisco IT ACE Service Introduction Network
Pradeep Musugu plans and implements new products and services in Cisco IT’s ACE service introduction network. In this role, he also collects data on network service design and architecture to share with the IT deployment teams as well as the Cisco business units and central development organization for product planning.
Upon graduating from college in 2000, Pradeep joined Cisco as a technical customer support engineer in the Cisco TAC. Subsequently, he became a network consulting engineer in the Cisco Advanced Services group, delivering network architecture support for customers, then joined the ACE team in 2010.
Pradeep holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as two CCIE certifications, in Voice and Routing/Switching. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and his family.
