Neha is a part of Sydney TAC Australia Collaboration team.

She graduated from Gautam Buddha Technical University in India with a Bachelor’s in Technology, she immediately started her career as a Customer Support Engineer in Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at Gurgaon working on Cisco IP Telephony.

Neha moved onto Orange Business Services providing support on various Cisco Voice technologies and after a few years, Neha moved to Singapore and joined a New York based asset manager, BlackRock Advisors.

At BlackRock, Neha was a part of the Global Telephony team in Singapore for three years and provided technical support for Cisco Collaboration products in conjunction with a multi-platform environment involving voice recording, dealer boards and telecom call accounting servers.

After having worked in Cisco TAC in her first job, Neha always yearned to come back. With the dream of working with Cisco again, she moved to Sydney in the beginning of 2018 and re-joined TAC in the month of April.

Cisco has been a very special place for Neha for not only it is where she started her career; it is also, where she met her husband.

In her spare time, Neha is a history buff and likes to research about old historical war sites and travel to those places with her husband Amol, to explore them. She is also an avid reader and loves to cook.
