Mark Dodds is Senior Vice President of the Americas Global Enterprise Segment, where he leads Cisco’s engagement with 500 of its largest and most strategic clients, representing $10 billion in annual revenue. His team of over 1,100 professionals is dedicated to helping complex, global customers solve business and technology challenges through innovative solutions and engagement models. Dodds has held numerous roles building and inspiring teams within Cisco’s largest vertical markets, including Global Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Oil & Gas and Healthcare. He believes customer success is directly related to an engaged team, and places high value on company culture and building a positive and diverse environment. Dodds has led global teams while based in the southeastern and northeastern United States as well as during his three-year assignment in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Cisco in 1999, he held marketing and sales leadership positions at IBM and SCANA Corporation. Passionate about giving back and its connection to company culture, Dodds actively supports nonprofit organizations and Cisco’s corporate citizenship activities. He leads the company’s initiative to address the challenge of teen homelessness through support of the Covenant House and has served on various boards and committees in support of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and the Boys & Girls Clubs. He has also served as a Boy Scout Assistant Scout Master. Dodds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University.
