Operations – Supply Chain Transformation (SCT)

Lisa Brady is the Director of Supply Chain Sustainability and Circular Economy at Cisco. As part of Cisco’s supply chain operations, she is responsible for driving social, environmental and economic impact in Cisco’s global operations, particularly focused on human rights, and responsible sourcing and manufacturing.

Lisa also oversees the strategic leadership and cross-functional goals for a circular economy, accelerating the path to circular advantage for Cisco across the enterprise. This work includes product and packaging design for reuse and repair, using renewable and recyclable materials, reducing material use and waste in operations and creating technology solutions to enable customers on their journey to a circular economy.

Lisa holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA and MSW from Boston College. She is President of her local non-profit education foundation. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with her family and raising a puppy to become a service dog for a non-profit assistance dog organization.
