She is currently the marketing leader and voice for Cisco’s latest and broadest enterprise software offering in the category. During a distinguished career spanning two decades Joann has held major product management and product marketing positions at BlueArc/Hitachi, Netapp, Parallels, and HP, successfully launching and establishing many technologies that are industry standards today. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and computer science, having graduated with honors in the field.
