Customer Experience (CX)
Eileen Wang is a graduate of the Ohio State University, class of 2019, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing and a minor in French. She is currently pursuing her passion working with innovative technologies and marketing solutions at Cisco. Her role as a Marketing Specialist on the Customer Experience Go-to-Market team allows her to further develop her knowledge of campaign strategy, social media, blogs, email marketing, demand generation and pipeline marketing.
Prior to her current role at Cisco, she interned previously with the company on the Data Center UCS Marketing team, in which her main responsibility was managing and revamping her team's SalesConnect pages. Her marketing experience spans outside of the B2B space, however, as her initial interest in marketing was sparked by a year-long internship at Victoria's Secret. Eileen was a Brand Marketing Intern at Victoria's Secret, where her main role was email marketing, with ad hoc projects such as influencer marketing, competitive analysis and marketing collateral.
Eileen is passionate about being a lifelong learner, whether that is growing her professional skills or picking up a new hobby. In her free time, she is a member of Toastmasters International, an organization focused on public-speaking and leadership development. For fun, Eileen also enjoys running, listening to music, reading, traveling and cooking.
