Dennis leads Cisco account teams, partner sales agents and customers in aligning sources of alternative funding to state and local government, higher education and K-12 education customer initiatives and innovative public sector projects.

Before joining Cisco, Dennis had a 26-year career in telecommunications, highlighted by roles in field marketing, solutions development, capture management, sales operations and network implementation. His experience in E-rate program management dates back to E-rate Funding Year 1998 (Year 1) and he was a member of Cisco’s team that implemented E-rate Modernization operations and strategy in 2014.

Dennis received a B.A degree in Economics from Stony Brook University and holds an M.B.A. in Quantitative Analysis from St. John’s University, NY. He maintains a passion for technology and how it’s used in delivering improved government services to constituents and enabling new models of academic instruction to students of all ages.
