Brian Meaney is the EMEAR Service Provider CTO, responsible for covering all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Global Service Provider accounts. His specific area of focus is architectural transformation, where he leads technical programs relating to Transport, Service Edge, Virtualisation, Data Centre, Orchestration, Mobile and Business Services domains. In more recent times, Brian has specialized in area’s such as SDN, NFV/Cloud and more recently 5G/MEC technologies.
Brian has built his career in the networking industry for over 20 years, holding various technical positions within network vendors including Ericsson, where he spent a period of six years working as a Technical Consultant within the International Consultancy Division, specializing in Mobile and Wireline deployments across Europe and the US.
