Bobby Guhasarkar is the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Cisco’s Security Business, a $3B+ portfolio spanning over 10 product lines across cloud, network, and endpoint security. With more than 20 years of experience in the networking and security industry, Mr. Guhasarkar is a powerful advocate for the voice of the customer and brings a practical understanding of how technology can solve business problems.

Most recently, he led product marketing at cloud security company OpenDNS leading to a successful acquisition by Cisco (August 2015). Previously, he held a number of leadership positions at Aruba Networks, Juniper Networks and Cisco. Earlier, Mr. Guhasarkar designed and built systems and networks for a number of high-profile New York-based enterprises with systems integrator Exenet Technologies and served as a systems administrator at Merrill Lynch.

Guhasarkar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Brooklyn College of CUNY. He lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his family.
